    I don’t know where to start and I don’t usually write a review on businesses, but this was something else and I couldn’t forget about it. I took my car there to repair my side doors and I was sent there by Mercedes the main dealer, it took them almost 3 months to do so which is fine as they were waiting for parts to arrive , but to return the car in the most disgusting condition is very unprofessional and when I received the car I couldn’t believe a company like that would return your car with missing parts and that dirty, so I called up to complain they told me (sorry about that) like really is that how you treat your customers, so I waited another week for them to come collect the car and one more week for them to return it. really happy for you all who had a good experience here but not me, and I will be telling everyone I see how bad the service was and how bad this place is.

    I used steers earlier this year after having an accident in my Mercedes the vehicle is used for work so was very important to have the car repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. Steers understood this and turned the car around in very quick time the office staff are very knowledgeable and kept me updated daily, the process was smooth and very stress free. The repair was of very high quality and I would definitely recommend steers to anyone looking for vehicle repairs, in the unfortunate event I need to use a vehicle repair garage in the future this will be my one and only choice.     After calling to discuss collecting belongings from my written off car at a suitable time, I drove there to collect them today. Google maps asked me to take a left turn before the correct left turn, so that just needs updating. Apart from that maps gave me good directions. Staff were very friendly and helpful and left me to get on with collecting my belongings from the car in my own time which was great. I could then return the keys in my own time. Didn't have to wait long to be served either, with a never of staff acknowledging me when I first got there despite there not being anyone at the designated reception desk. Having found other places wanting for this, signage was spot on and it was easy to spot the place whilst driving. When going in it was also easy to get to the reception due to appropriate signage which is always welcome. It's always very frustrating going to a place for the first place and not having adequate signs to tell you where to go.
