A lovely place to stay. Off season so was wonderfully quiet. Everything clean and smart.

Our stay was terrible, the food is horrible, there’s no where to get a drink during the day, the restaurant/bar doesn’t open until 5, most of the arcades where broke …our caravan had someone’s hair everywhere, and the sofa was broke. Definitely was not gold standard! We left early, and will not be coming back!

We were sold a dream, but do be fooled We hired a van directly from the park, which seemed all well and good. When the sofa bed was pulled out, there was a soiled bed sheet already fitted, which clearly was never removed since the last person/persons had hired this van. We had booked 3 nights fri-mon. This was reported instantly to reception, and they stated that someone would address the issue. Unfortunately, no one came to even see the issue, so my grandchild slept on the floor, and we left on Saturday morning. Park holidays should be totally ashamed by the lack of customer service and perhaps hire some decent cleaners that will do the job they get paid for. To this day, we have had no correspondence back from the park regarding this matter. My advice is to save your money and find a haven or similar. Be warned that the so-called entertainment is non-existent, the shop is a joke very little to choose from, that's if you could find something to buy. The only way to describe this place is chav City with a big drug problem. Avoid this place like the plague. Noteworthy details: Drugs everywhere, chav City, just look at the park reviews and make your own mind up
