Disgraceful customer service! Still awaiting a refund for three pairs of shoes that were ruined for my disabled son. The sole was coming off after a few days causing a nasty fall! Tried to recover the cost of shoes that then couldn’t be worn as weren’t safe (all three pairs which were returned to the orthotics) But after being passed from pilar to post for a year I’m fed up! It’s not right! Why should I be a hundred pound out of pocket because your workmanship is poor and not safe? Have a disabled child is hard enough Steeper, chasing you isn’t something I want or need to do! Maybe accept you made a mistake and rectify that instead of ignoring me?
