I just used the garden/field next to the hall. It's lovely and overgrown with a little seat at the end. I presumed that it belonged to the hall and was for anybody to use. I hope I was right as I gave the dogs a little chance to stretch their legs after the journey from London, while I sat on the bench and enjoyed the peace.
