Third time lucky the final box of our triple wardrobe arrived after twice it didn’t even make it here (damaged in transit) then it arrived Friday, great we thought, a task for a rainy Sunday afternoon...wrong!!! two boxes with the same parts even though they are labelled 1,2 &3 so still missing a box of parts and no replies from the email we sent to the manufacturer fuming is an understatement!!!! Returning it all isn’t an option as we already have a chest of drawers and bedsides tables😡😡

It initially looked nice and expensive but the quality is awful. I've only had the furniture for a few months and the paint is scratching off from light use and two drawers have broken. Disappointed after spending £500+ on a matching bedroom set and I now have had to start saving to buy a better quality one in the near future. Buy cheap, buy twice : (

What a lovely lady and company to deal with on the phone. I rang to say my ballbearing drawer sliders on one drawer of my chest of drawers were broken and another drawer was dodgy. Without any hesitation she said I'll send you out some pairs of replacements. They arrived the very next day, beautifully and safely packaged, and they are very easy to fit. Enough for all 5 drawers if needed. Thank you so much Steens furniture. I will Def be buying a new wardrobe in a couple of months. Quality furniture that really looks good! Plus the prompt service I received and friendliness on the phone are both second to none. Many thanks and I really appreciate your swift action. Highly recommend Steens furniture

I have been waiting for my furniture since August. I ordered through B&Q and Steens Furniture are the providers, it's apparently been damaged in transit 3 times and I was also told that I would 100% get my furniture last Saturday....lied to AGAIN! Do not trust this company. CS

Recently purchased Norfolk bedroom furniture through Tesco Direct, triple wardrobe arrived damaged and was returned. Replacement arrived minus any fittings, fittings duly delivered minus any draw runners, two sets then arrived instead of four required. Wardrobe finally assembled only to find wrong door fittings and only two handles instead eight. Total disaster, very disappointed

I recently purchased, through Amazon, a triple wardrobe, top boxes, a small and a large chest of drawers. Every package was missing part of the assembly. The final package arrived this weekend and on opening it we find there are no instructions for assembly and the side of the chest is damaged.Repacking and sending everything back was not an option and we have had to utilize bits from discarded old furniture to make good. I am so disappointed having spent a lot of money and having all this hassle and having a bedroom suite which is flimsy as structural bits were missing(on the wardrobe)
