Initially at the beginning of my contract, experience was very positive and everything was good aside from the games room not being equipped with consoles as promised during viewing. Now towards the end of my contract management team have started restricting a lot of stuff that was marketted to us when we had the viewing. This includes the cancellation of booking at the sky lounge which was booked by a friend of mine who lived at steelworks as well and the reason being they are scared we will damage the property even though we were planning to use it for a normal meeting. Also, I don't think the accomodation takes health and safety very seriously. Had an incident in the lift at D block where I was stuck for a few minutes and suddenly was brought up to 16th floor. When I reported this, reception brushed it off and said if it happens again then I can tell them. The second incident was that the lift was not at even level with the ground when the doors open causing me to stumble. Again reported this to the reception but brushed it off once more. Third incident was the lift did the same thing and someone actually tripped, reported this to reception and they said they rather keep the lift open rather than having both lift to fail because of overuse. Funny how they rather risk someone being seriously injured than just shutting off the lift itself. Final thing is bathroom sensor is misplaced and the lights will turn off when you're in the shower. Overall, great accomodation, management team just needs to improve greatly. Cleaning staffs are great though since they keep acommodation clean.

Rubbish apartment, bad service. They even didn’t know the renter had already paid and they should ask the renter to pay them again! The so-called manager is so arrogant and impolite, with a bad face to me every time. It seems that I owed him a lot! Anyway, don’t choose steelworks until it is your last choice.

A leaking toilet bring a bad odor. But it has never been fixed for a long time even though telling the problem to reception. Bad spring bed is faild even can poke you. Some staffs are not that friendly. No information before moving in. No responses after sending emails when move-in that time. Terrible experience. Just want to finish this contract ASAP and never back.
