Stay cLear of using Steel & Co unless you want to play Russian roulette with your goods they will mess your house up (unless you pay extra for flooring) do half a job break your stuff then say "sorry we killed your plants we aren't gardeners and sorry we broke your precious belongings but tough! you didn't take insurance not our responsibility we but thank you for your £2k! the most terrible unprofessional removals the worst I've experienced in 15 years and 4 house moves.. And yes that is urine all over the floor he clearly couldn't care less he messed my new toilet up!
