Not sure people (customers) realise how detrimental negative reviews has on a business! As if courier delays are the companies fault..? Royal Mail strikes are not the fault of the company! Anyway my experience has been flawless. 1. Order confirmation email 2. Order despatch email 3. Order delivered 4. Happy me with brand new clothes! Thanks Steel and Jelly! Edit: some items needed to be returned, very easy, very quick and was even given 50 percent back of the postage cost. Flawless!

I've seen a number of mixed reviews on here, but wanted to share my own experience of Steel & Jelly. I was bought a large t-shirt as a present a couple of years ago, which I loved, but have since lost a lot of weight. I went onto their website and chose a selection of medium t's. Some of these were still too big so I emailed to offer feedback. I received a very pleasant reply from their sales team and engaged in conversation about the fit, and determined that slim-fit would work best for me. They were able to find a medium of the original t-shirt and swapped it for one of the new ones that was a bit too big. It arrived today and fits perfectly. I love their designs, the quality is brilliant for a very reasonable price, and I look forward to looking at any new ranges that they bring out. Service: Men's fashion design

Shirt ordered on November 25th, promised 2-3 days delivery. Received an email on Dec 2nd saying it has been despatched and a tracking number. The tracking number still says that Royal Mail are waiting for the parcel from Steel and Jelly. All attempts to get in touch with customer services via email, twitter and phone have been ignored.

Their sales team and courier provide inaccurate and false report. They say they contacted me (text/email) to inform of the delay in the delivery but I haven’t received any. They even make brexit as an excuse for failure of delivery. I already cancelled the delivery of the item but they don’t want to refund me. Delayed for more than 10 days. They say the item was being held by the Irish border control because of lack of documentation which was lost during transit. This is not fair to pass the burden to the customer if the item was taken poorly during transit.
