I adore my steed bike. It fits me perfectly, which is a such a treat. And I love having a single speed, certainly in central London it's easier than faffing about with gears and it's light and easy to ride. I've had single speed bikes before but this one feels a class above with lovely components and a very, very smooth and quiet ride. I'd also like to say that the customer service is very good. I ordered my bike on Sunday evening and it arrived before lunch on Tuesday. Superb. Thanks Ian and team, I'm impressed so far.

A really nice and well made bike and a really nice ride. Ian was a delight to work with during the ordering process and answered my all my questions gladly. This is my first sable speed bike and I was a little nervous about that, but it's a dream to cycle on. Really nice staff, and a beautifully made bike.

First experience of a single gear bike and I love it. It's more of a high intensity workout on the hills but I can't believe the speed of it - my first journey home using the bike was 7 minutes faster than old my old, geared, much more expensive bike. Very nice service from Steed. Only niggle with the stallion is not much room on the bars to fit the reflector, bell, lights. Love the bike overall
