A great place to go for value and price, as a family we have used stabbings for the purchase of at least 10 cars in the last 7 years always polite and helpful salesman, no hassle but very helpful. My wife is so please with her latest car se spends every day cleaning it. Not recommended at all. Very very very bad Sale services. I was put £300 deposit down and expecting to collect the Land Rover Discovery Sport. PX16 RTV. I was really excited to have this car. BUT… The lack of communication from the salesperson, named “Dyan”, is disappointing. Promising to call me back and failing to follow through is unacceptable, especially considering i were expecting the car before a bank holiday and had made plans accordingly. I could waiting to get this for next week as well if he let me know but he never turn up to let me know. The fact that I had to take the initiative to call again and request my deposit back is concerning. It suggests that the car dealer is not prioritizing customer service and is not living up to their commitments. Overall, my experience with this car dealer is unsatisfactory, and I would advise potential customers to approach with caution. Leaving a review on the dealer's website or social media page is a good way to provide feedback and ensure that others are aware of the poor customer service my experienced. Hopefully, the dealer will take steps to improve their communication and service moving forward. I hope the sales manager will read this review and give Dyan a proper reprimand. Because of his lack of seriousness, he lost a customer like me.
