Still waiting on a response from my email of complaint 3 weeks ago ! I have installed two storage heaters in January, one of which never worked and the tenant called the manufacturer who quoted £300 to respond. On my revisit it was apparent that one of the heaters had completely perished internally - I have pictures to show this. The customer (extremely unimpressed) asked me to remove these and install an alternative which was understandable. I tried to return the heaters and not only did stearn refuse this but they kept my money and ignored my correspondence. Disgraceful treatment of its consumers - avoid at all costs - cowboy con merchants 😡
