    Be very careful. My company purchased a table game from them and, more than a month later, we haven't received it, even when they charged us for it. We have tried to contact them several times and they have systematically ignored us.

    Orderd online in Febuary 2023, all items were (and still are) shown as IN STOCK. So far I havent recived any items yet (41+ days later). I do understand that due to the cyber attack on the royal mail service, it can take a bit longer to ship but 6 weeks without any information is getting rediculous & annoying. I tried to contact them via their online tools (like 3 times in the last 2 weeks) but I guess thats only for show as there is no replay / reaction. Can not recommend

    Probably too late to leave a comment now, but for those of you who are interested in purchasing the Dark Souls RPG book (or any other preorder item), I want to share my experience with my transaction with Steamforged Games personnel (I won't give out names as I think its a company issue as a whole... yet). In short DO NOT purchase/preorder this product, if you are really interested wait for it to be officially released at your local game store. My physical copy has been delayed for more than 8 months now, and when I submitted a request ticket on their (frankly horrible help site) all I got was some vague responses as " its on its way" or "refer to website". I sent multiple tickets to check the status of my purchase. Finally I asked to cancelled my refund, which they at first vaguely replied that my purchase was scheduled to ship at the end of that same month I filed for a refund. I confirmed I wanted to still cancel my order. and they claimed it will get processed through some third party site shortly. I am STILL currently waiting for my money back after about 4 weeks now. I will not be buying from Steamforged Games anymore or any other future product they release.

    There's a lot of bad reviews here but not sure if people are used to Kickstarter as delays are the norm especially atm. And the latest one where extra postage money was needed wasn't great, but there's some crazy inflationary pressures atm so I get it. I've KS'ed two of their games. Received a lot of extra content. And boy, Oathsworn is an amazing product. Very original features and a great game so I'm following them for future

    Hey Steamforged Games, I have been requesting a full refund on my purchase of the Dark Souls Roleplaying game that I have never received due to issues with the books. I have submitted 6 customer support tickets, spoken with 2 different reps, and waited OVER 30 DAYS. Is this your normal business model? I would avoid this company at all cost and I will be contacting them directly via their phone number.
