If I could share this review with no stars I would. The worst travel insurance company to deal with, sadly for the first time in my life I had to make a travel insurance claim after falling unwell on a trip last year, they are basically refusing to pay out anything, communications are shockingly slow and they don't listen to or investigate complaints thoroughly only to defend their position, please do not waste your money with these sharks!

After a few days of taking out a yearly travel insurance policy with Staysure for a couple my wife remembered something that we hadn't put on the form about 'ongoing conditions' so I had to phone up to amend. The call was answered quickly and the customer service agent was very helpful and the policy was soon amended for a small fee(£2.20) which was a lot less than I expected.5 stars for that. However I have never needed to claim (will be happy for it to stay that way) that's when you really find out how good they are. Keep up the good work.....
