Just out of lockdown - tried 4 companies to repair a Fujistso AC that went wrong - one company said no; second came and quoted £3000.00; third company came and said oh very tricky not sure we can fix this and then StayCool HVAC came on time within 1 day of a call, fixed it for under £500. Hatem was super organised, responsive and professional. Our unit is in the very cenre of London off Trafalgar Square and this posed no logistical problems for him. Great job and thank you. Avoid this company at all costs. **EDIT at least 2 of the 5 star reviews are Hatem's family!!** The owner is obnoxious, misogynistic and very condescending! He was very dismissive of me but if there was a male at home he was a completely different guy! very shady. They do not have ladders/towers etc so we organised a scaffold for them at a huge cost, just to have the system made worse. 1 month after they visited the AC's in the house shutdown.. they returned and 'fixed' the problem which then caused a flood! We haven't heard from them since. Very expensive too! I found an alternative supplier who has actually repaired the damage caused by Hatem at Stay Cool and for half the price!
