Disgusting experience some months back. Had to request refund could not stay in room. 1 Lift was broken. Other was faulty. Middle of huge building site. No info regarding this on website or after booking. Many guests were complaining. Was glad to get out of there.

Staff were excellent and mostly professional, particularly at night. Shame this place is finished. This branch of StayCity is about to close to all new bookings for many months at least - as the company have entered into an agreement with Serco and the Home Office to house asylum seekers (everyone deserves somewhere to live, and I have no animosity to them). But I thought I'd be the one to leak this information to the public and future guests - and you'll see when trying to book to stay here it's not possible. It's all about greed.
