The room (studio), while very small, was clean and had everything we needed. Good sized bathroom, great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful, Marshall in particular. Any time we needed something they were very prompt to reply and brought it right up to our room. Was great to have on-site laundry. We stayed nine nights and have no complaints. Greenwich is a wonderful place that we would probably have missed if we had not stayed here. A different vibe from the main city, we enjoyed the Greenwich Market, nearby shops and restaurants. Short walk to train station and easy to get anywhere in London by transit.

Great staff, really helpful on arrival and were very considerate to give us a room upgrade and an early check-in. Room was absolutely perfect. Bed’s moved quite a lot during moments of action, but a minor gripe overall. Would use StayCity again!
