Beautiful property and lovely hosts made for a good mini-break. Great base to explore Bristol, Bath and North Somerset. Lin and Charles made us feel welcome throughout and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent continental breakfast included adds to the good value of this rental.

Staycation holidays took a double payment for my holiday two weeks apart causing me unnecessary stress and sorting out with numerous phone calls/email. It came about when I enquired my refundable deposit. After returning from my holiday. I asked about my deposit. The man said actually I haven’t paid for my holiday yet and I was absolutely baffled. Before I could reply (5 min later) he took the money again without my authorisation. I tried calling at least 5 times and couldn’t get through. I sent texts and an email. By this time I’m fuming and expecting the worst. Long story short. I eventually got my refund but will never ever use this booking agent again.

Boutique B&B This is a great B&B hosted by the very friendly Charlie and Lin in a handy location close to Bristol Airport. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed, WiFi, TV, DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities. A good continental breakfast including premium muesli, yoghurt, fruit, toast, eggs, juice and coffee or tea is provided. Charlie and Lin gave us some good dinner recommendations for the 2 nights that we stayed there. Note that this B&B is close to the airport and there is some aircraft noise!
