omg months and months of problems, lies and nothing but a pure bunch of money grabbing people just in it for the pennies and pounds in their pockets. 11 months of hell is all i can say from a non working bathroom to green and black mould with excuses and lies coming out of mouths that are supposed to be there to support us vulnerable people. but instead left to live in conditions that are less than satisfactory and unsafe that you wouldn't let your dog live there let alone a human being but fobbed off with lies and deceit that just roles of these people's mouths like it's a normal process to them daily. you put all your trust in these people who take that and dis respect you. but all your wanting is to be helped towards goals and things for the future. instead left worse than you was before entering into anything you did before you started with them.

I don't think they should be employing racist support workers with mental help problems. It exposes vulnerable minorities.I had terrible experience with them.My advice to black people is to steer clear

Absolute bunch of cowboys. They shouldn’t be anywhere near vulnerable people, or people in need of supported housing. They constantly fob you off, as if you enquiring about their services, is somehow an annoyance to them. They take an age to reply to messages. They promise to call…but never do. You constantly have to chase them up. Every time you contact them, Abby gives you the same generic line about ‘being sorry and how someone will call’. I’m now sleeping rough in Summerfield Park due to these idiots! No doubt with the weather getting cold, I will soon be sick…and probably won’t survive the winter. Thanks for that(!) Avoid at all costs.
