Craig, Jason and Status did a fantastic job for us on our house renovation. The windows are fantastic quality, but it was a big job and Craig worked around our timings, got us the windows at the times we needed them and came to site many more times than I am sure he would have liked due to our project but they always did a great job, quality installation and really wanted us to be happy with the result. If you're looking for Ali windows, do your research - Your potential Ali door/window 'manufacturer's products are only as good as the brand of Ali profiles (and hardware) that they chop up to 'manufacture' their doors/windows from. Status supply and (diligently) fit Origin Global products, direct from Origin's factory. As there's no-one else involved from factory to fitting Origin give you a 20yr (not the 10yrs of other manufacturers) warranty. If you want a window company to do a cheap job with inferior products and poorly trained fitters, this is NOT the company for you. Take my advice, pay more and get the job done right, first time. I highly recommend Brighouse Windows. Jay, Dean & Marcus were all excellent. They turned up on time every day and could not have done a better job. Polite, friendly and tidy. Nothing rushed, everything fitted with care and perfection. Communication was first class. The doors and windows look great. We are absolutely delighted with everything. Thank you Brighouse Windows. Highly recommend. Had a great experience with Craig and the team at Brighouse Windows. Supplied and fitted an Origin aluminium window and Origin bifold. It was quite a big investment so I wanted to make sure it was done properly and it has been. Good communication, and all appointments went to time as did the installation. Was good to visit the showroom and get good advice here and over the phone. The team were knowledgeable and efficient. The doors and window are great quality, well fitted and come with a 20 year guarantee I'm further assured by the DGcos accreditation.
