    Where do I start? This independent stationers has a beautifully curated range of stock on offer, which is a huge draw in and of itself (who can resist a pretty notebook or some fancy wrapping paper?!). But what makes this shop truly special is the exceptional customer service I received. I placed an order for some birthday presents recently, and despite numerous setbacks due to the pandemic - getting hold of stock and fighting with the postal system etc - Ellie has been utterly helpful and accommodating and really gone above and beyond in making sure I received my order in time. Regardless of the lovely stationary, I plan on making future purchases here for this reason alone. It's personal, friendly, tailored service like this which you can only get at small, independent retailers. We should be doing more to support them!
