Excellent and very quick repair to a seam where the sewing had come apart. Boots purchased for school from John Lewis who were sadly very unhelpful. Despite very limited wear due to lockdowns and closure of schools John Lewis stuck to a 30 day return policy. John Lewis declined to send them back to the manufacturer for inspection.
