Absolutely disgusting attitude of man that served me, noticed a sign on window saying they done pay point, asked to top up and he simply replied don't do it anymore! So why have the sign on your window if you don't provide this service??? And when a paying customer asks this, their reply should not be, do you want to take it down (with attitude) it is not my shop, therefore not my job to do that, instead of snarky comments like that, they shouldn't be in customer service if they can't deal with customer requests! Absolutely disgusting. I really do hope someone sees this

Rude shopkeeper. Blaming customers for increasing the risk of COVID. If he is that worried, he should close shop.

The only reason I put a 1 is because I can't give 0 star which is what he deserves. If you do not know how to deal with customers, please do not own a shop. He is obnoxious and patronising and looks down on everyone.
