We purchased on 01/05/23 2 boxes @ £13 each, on 14/05/23 we purchased another one but did not notice this time it was £16 for one. Today I went to asda Southampton to ask Why the price difference, the staff were very rude and told me to go to eastleigh and ask them.

I cannot believe how rude the staff on the tobacco counter were. Early hours of the morning, not another customer in sight and I was left standing there waiting for three minutes. Doesn't sound like a long time until you do it. When I finally was served hardly a word was spoken. No good morning, please or thank you. I certainly don't think I'll be going back.
