Won’t ever darken the door of this bike store again. Brought my bike for a minor repair, person tending store clearly had no idea what they were doing. Asked me to wait for someone else to turn up - that I could have handled. Had my curious under 2 yr old w me who was looking at the bikes under my supervision. Staff member told me to “teach your child some manners” because they were touching a pedal! Walked out immediately. Was left shocked and angry. The staff member then had the temerity to tell me the bike wasn’t safe to cycle - yes, I know, that’s why I came here in the first place. Went to cycle MOT on Forest rd instead who fixed it immediately and didn’t even charge me.

Very poor service. Took a bicycle to them to sell, they told me it was in very bad condition and offered me £20 for a £600 road bike. I declined, took it 5 minutes down the road and sold it for a much better price. Staff were rude and belittling. Go to Forest Bike repairs. Much better service
