I have been registered at this surgery for many years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Especially when I’ve had to be referred to hospital or other external services for further tests which happened recently and was arranged fairly quickly this was very impressive that’s solely down to the dedication of the G.P’s wanting to obtain quick results in order to put my mind at rest, this I really appreciated. The receptionists are friendly, understanding, and always professional. The G.P’s and all medical staff are prompt, very attentive and also understanding I seriously can not thank them enough for all the support they have given me over the years and for being a great local G.P surgery for the area of Stokenewington.

Bad experience from the receptionist. I need a letter from GP and I have tried to ask for it many times. I am still don’t get it. I am very frustrated because this letter is very important. I have called 7 times follow by 3 times visit GP and also emailed. The answer from receptionist seem she doesn't care if I will get the letter or not. Eventually I received the email that she will email this letter to me BUT still not get it. I have waited for 2 weeks and still not get this letter. Now because I have not get this letter on time, I have a big problem with my claims from universal credit. This situation make me very stress. I would like to let everyone know that if you need anything from the GP you might not get it on time.

Statham Grove are swift in dealing with enquiries, staff go above and beyond. The team are friendly and make time for patient concerns and queries. While I'm sure they are struggling under the current burden of the under funding of the NHS, the team never project this onto patients. From transferring from another practice in West London, my experience has been night and day. In particular, the level of care Sindu Vigneswaralingam takes even in over-the phone appointments has been so reassuring and generous. Their text communications and use of online systems are clear and explained with clarity. I would recommend anyone to choose Statham Grove Surgery, every member of staff I have encountered has been a joy.

I had a very bad experience with the surgery. I called for heart prescriptions after being dismissed by A&E and they didn't manage or care to book me in before I ran out of tablets. The receptionist didn't seem to care or understand. Not recommended
