The organisation and staff are very difficult and challenging to deal with. Customer service is very poor and difficult to get hold of in case of any issues. In a rare event that one gets hold of customer service, who do not have any contact phone numbers, they are not helpful at all and do the minimum to get rid of the issue (unresolved). They charge a premium to facilitate hosting and in return provide no or very poor services.

One of the worst & unprofessional organisations I have ever come across. No protection for hosts and their space at all. Customer service are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely patronising. Would NOT recommend.
