HLDING MY PUPPY RANSOM!! I paid in full, plus vacation fee and 2 additional surcharges for the puppy I adopted. Starwood is in possession of my dog, but is now demanding I pay an additional $40 (+surcharge) for “Shipping Security” fee that they did NOT previously mention and is not listed on their mobile site! This is totally ILLEGAL, but I guess they operate illegally…

It's been nothing short of a disaster. I paid close to 8k for the premium service and have been left with one issue after another. Little communication on their part with me led to miscommunication regarding my dogs transport. I told them a specific hard date and they dropped the ball and did not schedule a plane to take my dogs until I reached out because I had no news on an itinerary. Luck I did because they did not schedule one and that led to my dogs leaving AFTER my hard date. This would have led to $50/day/dog boarding for an additional $300. I had to complain due to their mistake to get them to pay. Then I was told that my one dog would not be coming home and needed to be in quarantine for an extra 3 days on arrival. Then the AirTags and back pack full of dog toys were stolen by their associate. I say stolen because I had to confront them via text to ask where my stuff was as they didn't tell me before hand and only after I questioned where my stuff was it was stated that their associate Jodi has it! Not even done... When my other dog was delivered I was told Starwood would cover the $300 delivery for him and I would just pay the $50, no big deal, except that never happened and the delivery driver wasn't going to wait for his money so I paid another $325... Horrible and Unacceptable!!! Stolen Property and Robbed of more money- won't be using them ever again and I suggest anyone who does- go somewhere else!

Many Pets have been really helpful in sorting out our claims for our pet dog. Excess is paid once a year and claims are sorted out quickly after giving all the relevant details. We feel our pet is fully covered for any eventualities, this is very reassuring

They provided an end to end collection and delivery service that allowed my family to focus on all of the other aspects of relocating a home and family to another country. Unfortunately, neither the dog nor the money, the case is reported to the Police and Interpol. (Original) Nie polecam firmy absolutnie zwierze nie dotarło zapłaciłam 500 zł za transport tyle ile było mówione, po południu odezwali się o dodatkowe pieniądze 300 Euro wymyślając ze mój pies nie ma odpowiedniego kontenera. Niestety ani psa ani pieniędzy sprawa jest zgłoszona na Policję i Interpol.

We spent over $7,000 to move our 2 dogs and 2 cats from North Carolina to Portugal. At the last minute, when the cats were already in their recommended boarding facility in NYC, I was alerted to the fact that our cat kennels "may not be airline approved." I pushed back on this claim as I had never been informed of this concern and could not fix the alleged problem since the cats were already in NYC. The company then proceeded to charge me $400 for 2 plastic carriers that were no different from the ones I already purchased. I did not authorize this charge but they refused to refund it. Also, when I picked up my pets numerous items were missing - my dog's leash, her medication, 4 cat bowls & the 2 cat crate mattresses. The company was less than helpful in addressing these issues. For $7,000 + I expected better from this company. There are other options out there so I recommend others use anyone else.

We used Starwood to transport our miniature schnauzer from the UK to the US. The communication was great. Every time I sent an email it was answered in a timely manner. Nicole was our representative and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. They offer door to door service. Our dog seemed well cared for and that’s a huge relief when embarking on such a long trip. I would recommend Starwood for your pet relocation needs.
