Booking my car in for diagnostic testing was simple and informative even though there is a lot of building improvements being carried out. Molly has been great with communicating what needs to happen from the faults that were found and has book my car in for a future date when the part arrives. I visited startin Worcester when the Renault dealer closer to me had no available car to test drive and were closed on a Sunday. From the moment we arrived Will made us very welcome, offering us a drink and plenty of space to view their ample showroom stock. He and the team there were easily approachable and were able to offer a test drive of our desired vehicle that same day. As a result we decided to go ahead with our purchase at Startin. Wills service following this until we collected our car was first class for clear quick communication making the whole process a joy. Would definitely recommend.
