Having suffered several spectacular relapses I just didn’t know what, if anything would work to help me live the life that I wanted to, but couldn’t seem to manage. Marks knowledge and experience made him very easy to connect with straight away and it really felt that he knew where I was at. He is very easy to talk to and by sharing some of his own experiences and with his guidance it has enabled me to start down the path of my own choosing. His non regimental / textbook approach allows for a free flowing non intrusive discussion which always takes the weight off my shoulders and sets me up to deal with living instead of being afraid to.
