AVOID THIS COMPANY IT NOT A NON PROFIT! I use to be a tenant of start again project after being referred by St Basils when I was without a home. I moved into the first property without a lot of issues however the maintenance of the properties were disgraceful. The house I moved out of the wall paper was coming off the walls. The furnishings were way past used and the general maintenance of the inside and outside was disgusting. The LL of the home had two separate tenancies one for people who work and they had to pay £368 a month and another for those on benefits which meant they paid £800-900 for a room! they are a bunch of scam artist. The support workers provided are not real supportive. The amount of money I paid to live with them is crazy. I would never recommend them and the fact St Basil does shame on that charity. 1 year and half I had personally issues and had no real support worker who actually cared about my personal issues. Terrible organisation terrible people working for the organisation I feel bad for all the tenants.
