Rude staff and very bad quality service! Avoid! They did a simple alteration job for my trousers (simple shortening them) a few weeks back. The second time I wore them, the thread for one of the legs completely fell off. I had to wear the trousers with different lengths in a business meeting and went for a flight. When I took the trousers to the store and explained the thread fell off (politely and without mentioning the troubles it caused me), the male staff went on saying that it didn’t look like a tailoring job they did and they had to check the CCTV to confirm that these were the trousers I sent for tailoring - basically saying I was a liar right at my face to avoid the fact that they were the one who did an awful job! When I picked up these trousers yesterday, no apologies offered and he just pretended nothing happened. More annoyingly, I found some dirty leather (looks like some cut part) stuck to one of the sweaters I sent for dry cleaning and it left stains and glue on my sweater. Horrible experience and terrible customer service!!

Quality of service is good and price is fair, I’ve been using Starshine weekly for the past 3 years but opening at 10am and closing at 7pm is not the schedule for this type of business… nobody can drop laundry before going to work and closing at 7pm for a business that opened at 10am feels short of expectation, it should at least be open until 8pm. I appeal to management for urgent review, put your customers first, please.
