Do not use, after fitting 2 of our rooms they did the last 1. What a nightmare, Debbie the manager decided to cut all our furniture down saying they couldn't stand the wardrobes up in the room. My daughters dresser was too low & the gap at the top was horrendous. They came & put an infill in. It looked like my husband had done it. We took them to the furniture ombudsman, they offered to put the dresser right & £300 compensation. Our Wardrobes were tallboys, so we refused the offer, as it would look even worse than it already was! The drawers would all be out of line. Shame on you Starplan, we will never recommend you ever again. We have had to pay again & have it all put right. You should put right your mistakes!!!!

Bought and ex display set of wardrobes, bedside drawers, headboard and ottoman. Staff are friendly, helpful and we got a bargain. They even ordered us two missing rails and some extra sticky dots(that cover any screw holes inside the wardrobes) promptly and without hesitation. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Would be happy to buy from them again.

Ordered a fitted wardrobe from here and I was very impressed with the service. James was helpful and friendly, choosing the perfect wardrobe couldn't have been easier. Fitters turned up on time on installation date and were finished within 3 hours, wardrobe looks amazing. Would highly recommend.
