Bought 25kg of bird food from them.Kept it in a dry place but within a few months is had gone mildewed. This has never happened before with other similar products. I complained but was told "We are sorry that this product has gone mouldy but its 8 months old now and well pasted its used by date Which is started on the box." Not impressed - would not buy from them again.

Bought 12.75kg of bird suet pellets from this company and wish I’d read the reviews first! None of the birds would touch it, so I tried to contact them about it, but phone just rings and rings and their ‘chat’ by text wasn’t answered. I now have a huge bag of pellets that I will have to throw away and I’ve wasted my money.
