Terrible, dodgy company, and dishonest and rude / company owner! Bought a case nearly a month ago for my holiday and paid for express shipping/ next day. Case didn't arrive and had a nightmare chasing the owner of the company and the courier. Eventually received case and it was unsuitable. Spoke several times with the owner whos name begins with an H, regarding the return and was very nice. He promised i could return once back from my holiday and he'd refund me for the case and shipping STRAIGHT AWAY. Returned case at great expense via Evri which cost about £10 (on top of the case which had cost me £80 already plus express shipping already) and followed the tracking to show it had been delivered. Just under a week later no refund, or email to suggest any refund had been actioned, so called the owner again who assured me he'd processed it, but since i'd paid via Paypal I assured him there was no evidence of this by way of the usual notification. He promised to go away and "find out what had happened and call me back". 24 hrs later surprise surprise no call and still no refund actioned. Had to go through the hassle of raising a Paypal dispute and was forced to chase call the owner YET AGAIN. At this point he just kept making excuses and wouldnt answer my questions as to what the issue was- blaming his accountant first and then saying he was going to do it right now. He started raising his voice talking over me and became unstuck at being asked " how are you able to suddenly action my refund now off the back of me calling you again but couldn't you do it before" he couldnt answer instead continued to talk over me and not listen then put the phone down on me. I had been super understanding with him right the way through until this point, and until realising he was clearly taking the mick, so this was disgusting behaviour from him and totally uncalled and all because i rightfully wanted my refund!!! Originally i would have potentially bought off him again in the future and might have recommended his company tobothers but not now!! My advice - stay away from this company which also goes as DK Luggage
