She put me in touch with a new recommended company that finally sorted these out and did what Hearfocus could not achieve. They now work as they were promised and are very good

This is not a hearing aid shop. This is the UK head office of Starkey hearing aid manufacturing. They will be able to answer questions but do not sell directly to the public. They will however be able to refer you to your nearest audiologist, who will be able to test your hearing and recommend the most suitable aid for your needs. Starkey is an American company and is the largest producer of hearing aids worldwide. They have all the latest technology and hold a large variety of hearing aids and also ear moulded hear devices available ( used by TV presenters and the like)
