I ordered a couple of marble mosaic tiles samples and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Lovely packaging, large samples and quick delivery. Tiles are beyond beautiful. The design and quality is something that I was looking for and so I cannot wait to get them installed in my bathrooms.

The tiles are good quality but it took over 3 months for them to be delivered with zero communication from starel stones. The only communication was when I managed to get a mobile number and I had to call constantly to receive an update. Also I was offered a refund on shipping because they took so long which I never received or they made no effort to follow through on it. Honestly I feel there are many other tile companies that offer the same quality and better customer experience.

I agree with the one star reviews below. Rubbish customer service, emails go unanswered for weeks, tiles delayed, they said they will refund the delivery cost but it can take ‘weeks’ to receive the cash back. Will see if it actually *is* refunded. Shame as the tiles are nice, but I’d save the headache and use Mandarin Stone instead, who couldn’t have been more helpful and don’t speak to customers as if they’re an inconvenience.
