Had previously had a coffee elsewhere we decided to have a cup of tea. It was lukewarm must have been the poorest quality tea, and totally undrinkable. We had to ask for a refund. The toilets absolutely stank and needed cleaning badly. A lady came to the counter while we were there and also complained angrily. Would say the two young staff there were pleasant if not somewhat embarrassed. Unsurprisingly the place was empty.
