Its too busy for me (11:30am Sat) the queue was long and blocking the entrance door. It was very small and noisy inside couldn't hear myself think, not great acoustics to relax and have a conversation used the loo (grubby) and left.

Good staff and resonably quick service. I come here often and find it's always dirty and messy here. Can't blame staff, often only 2 or 3 of them working and they're needed to serve. Cleanliness is a massive downside here. Coffee and food is good and without flaw. Parking: Lot's of parking.
