The outstanding service from Pola and Martin(trainee) exceeded our expectations. It's astounding to experience such exceptional service at a bustling coffee shop like Starbucks.     I came specially from Ilford to Beckton in-store with my 9 colleagues to have a group coffee of whereas we came to know the manager James switched off the mobile ordering system as shortage of crew members, to the manager if you don’t have crew members on weekend and it’s Saturday night where a-lot of walk-in customers are coming to have coffee and the member Mighael denning everyone that he can’t serve that he is having two members on shift. Worse experience and i advise my colleagues to not to came here anymore. As a manager you need to hire some members and have a good team take a nice lead and work on it…
