Lovely little town Post office just as they used to be. Popped in for 20 quid change for work and no problems whatsoever. Nice ladies on the poff counter, cheery, smiling and only too pleased to help. Didnt have time to browse but a lovely selection of gifts and stationary to be had should the need arise.

A little annoying that the don’t update their website. Holiday opening hours, went down twice, New Years Eve and Saturday after, website said they were open and they were closed. But I do have to say that the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Got a kindly response to my initial review so I’ve changed it, they’ve won me over! 😆

I don't care that this post office will go out of business if I buy my postage online. I don't care that the boss won't like it. If you don't like the fact that Royal Mail says I can buy my postage online, then THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM! YOU chose to run a post office - YOU chose to abide by Royal Mail's terms and conditions. If you do online postage purchases, be prepared to be told off that you will put them out of business.
