When I used this service a couple years ago I was impressed. But the two times I've called him after that was a very bad experience. It was just so rude and borderline arrogant that I decided not to use him again. It's sad because after the first time using him I refered him to many customers but each person has come back to me now saying the same thing which made me want to leave a review.
