I called this Company because of the inflated prices for Skips. Carl came to see what was needed, we agreed a price and date and they came to remove various accumulated rubbish and garden fencing and wood etc. A small lorry load.. They did a neat and tidy job in a pleasant manner and on time. What was a bonus is that they went back to clear any residue of the various parts of the waste and then swept the drive leaving everything tidy after them. We're a pizza shop in Halesowen and we have contacted this company a few days ago and they have said they will pick up the waste oil in three days but its been two weeks and they have not collected the waste and put the phone down on us when we try contacting them we have been your customer for the past 3 years no respect for us it's disgraceful
