In February 2023 me and my family booked the 4 day Swiss travel package from Star tours for July 2023 but had trouble with getting tourist visa for Switzerland so decided to cancel the trip on April 2023 after having already paid the deposit if £1,200. We were informed by a Star tours employee that we would get 50% of our money back from the deposit if we cancelled ahead of time like we did so. However now Star tours decides to try and scam us saying that in fact we need to pay more money on top of our deposit due to cancellation and that they wouldn’t give a single pound of what we had already paid! We tried to explain what the Star tours employee had said to us and that there must be some sort of mistake but to no avail. How are we expected to pay MORE to cancel a trip that we are not going to!? Now Star Tours is saying that they made a mistake and the information the employee provided was false, and that the 50% pay back from the deposit doesn’t apply to us! We chose to travel with this company based on this information provided by star tours previously just to be on the safe side if we were unable to get a visa. They have SCAMMED us, MISINFORMED us and LIED to us to our face for their own monetary gain. As a costumer we have a right to get a refund to at least a part of what we have paid but star tours are trying to CON and ROB us and told us to pay more to what we already have for a tour that we are to going to!

I pleased to say that I found star tours one of the best tour agency. We went for tour in Switzerland for 5 days. And the best thing is the tour guid Mr. Junaid, he is the best like I can say, friendly and helpful and the driver of the coach Mr. Zain very professional and like the travel included overnight and he managed it very professionally and even on narrow hill drive. Both of them are really professional in their task.!! And about food and hotel - it’s an excellent 👌 Thank you star tours and the team Junaid and Zain ✌🏻

I went scotland with my family and we found it so so amazing trip with star tours as our coach manager MR santoshbhai was very good and very caring person, we enjoyed our trip a lot..and the main part was food..OMG it was so delicious and proper authentic indian food and it was so good..i recommend this tour and i’ll definitely planned another with this.

This was our first coach tour. We were bit anxious. However, very first day all our skepticism vanished. We had very wonderful Tour Manager, Rajesh Tawde.His friendly introduction and reassuring words made us at ease. We visited number of European countries with exciting destinations. We had comfortable stay and good Indian meals. Rajesh is very knowledgeable and friendly. His knowledge about European history and each destination is excellent. Personally, I learnt lot about Europe history from Rajesh. Thanks Rajesh! Rajesh knows how to handle Senior Citizens and was very considerate along with Paul about their comfort. They both made sure there were no long walks. Our Coach Captain Paul was fantastic. His driving was excellent, very smooth and safe, reach each destination in time. Paul was very patient loading/unloading luggage. Thank very much Rajesh and Paul for making our tour memorable. I would highly recommend Star Tours.
