I did not use this company BECAUSE we called to book and they said to clean a 2 bedroom bungalow it's 2 people and £45 per hour and 3 hours minimum whereas their leaflet states JUST £15 per hour. It doesn't say FROM £15. It's an absolute scam

We’ve had star team cleaning for around 4 months, had numerous issues over that time with different cleaners being sent on a regular basis. The main issue with this is that the cleaners do not speak good English and as it’s new cleaners each week we have to explain what needs to be done each time. For the price they charge I would not recommend this company Service: Standard cleaning

Job wasn’t carried out as asked. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t tell me what was cleaned when I asked, it looked no different to when they arrived. They didn’t follow instruction and Gina who runs the cleaning team is incredibly rude. Unfortunately the cleaners that were sent to the job were not English speaking which ordinarily wouldn’t be a problem however when it comes to understanding requests and talking to the paying customer - it is an issue. After using them previously for two years I will never ever use this team again. Service: Deep clean
