The receptionist was really friendly and they fit me in last minute, so I felt like I couldn’t really complain. But looking back on it - paying £150 for an MOT for a car that just needed window wipers and bulbs changed is pretty horrific. Not to mention the fact that they decided on the amount and then told me as I was paying - didn’t confirm it was ok first. I wish I had refused but they knew I needed the car urgently so I fee they took advantage

This is a brilliant local garage. I recently visited with what I suspected was a faulty wheel bearing and they completed the diagnostics for free, advising me that the wheel bearing isn't bad enough yet to isolate and to bring it back at a later date (instead of replacing both wheel bearings). I have also had new rear brakes fitted before with the garage and they were sorted same day and for a reasonable price. It's an honest, well-priced and efficient garage - what more could you want!
