Hi, I wouldn't recommend this company to others. I initially contacted them 25th April requesting a quote for some roof repair work and was told I'd get a rough quote later that day, upon sending the home-survey document I had. I then phoned back on the 27th April and was once again told I'd receive a quote the same day. Since then I've sent emails / tried phoning but I'm just being ignored now, and have lost weeks of time as a result. I've got no issue if what I asked for isn't possible, but leading me on & ignoring me, instead of informing me is unprofessional to say the least. Complete waste of my time

Like Ravinder we have had the same problems with Jordan. The new guttering that was installed is leaking water and he has failed to show up despite stating he would and ignores our messages and calls.

We Had a roofing issue and called Jordan for a survey. He answered the call which is a first for a lot of trades people. Attended promptly, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent repair with pictures to show the works in progress, which were completed quickly too. My recommendation would be to call Jordan 1st and save yourself a lot time and efforts. Will definitely use again if needed. Service: Roof repair
