Lovely little pharmacy. The staff are very nice and friendly and get to know you on a personal level which I think is nice. Adam in particular is super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, and gets to know his patients in on a one to one (but professional) level and always does his best to make sure his patients are happy. Ruth who recently started working there is really nice as well. Such a warm friendly pharmacy team.

After a very unpleasant interaction with a local well known High Street Chemist I contacted Star Pharmacy by phone. Adam was so helpful, told me that most of items I needed were in stock & that what wasn't could be ordered & would arrive the next day which it did. However the well known High Street Chemist made life difficult again by not processing my documents properly gggrrrhhhh. Once I sorted that out I went back to Star Pharmacy & collected my products. Adam is very friendly, professional, helpful & informative. I will definitely be using this Pharmacy from now on.

As a visitor to the area I visited 2 Boots pharmacy's for what I needed, neither of them could help me but they both suggested that I tried Star Pharmacy. Thank goodness I did they were definitely a Star, they didn't initially have what I needed but in less than an hour I was contacted to say that they had managed to get my medication for me. Amazing service and quite the loveliest people. Thank you so very much.
