Honest Review... Eye Brow Lady: Lovely! does great threading waxing and tinting. Nail lady with glasses: lovely, does a good job and has great customer service and English is good. Man: friendly and welcoming. Other lady, think she is the man's wife and also the owner/manager: I have noticed that she is only friendly to white people. Any improvements or modifications on nail art she huffs puffs and rolls her eyes or even acts as though she doesn't understand or hear you. Communication can be challenging. Customer service needs improvement! Edit... customer service has definitely improved over the past few months. I've been back a few times for various treatments and I have no complaints. They treat me well and I enjoy going here now.
