I'd give this place 0 star if I had the chance. I've been waiting for over an hour and I'm writing this review as I am still waiting. Appointment was at 4.15pm. They allow 10 minutes before they cancel the appointment. I arrived at 4.20. The lady at the reception said its gone to D which means missed appointment. I explained there is always a 10minute leeway. She said she will speak to the clinician to see if they will still see my daughter. Thankfully she said yes but I've been waiting for over an hour now. It's 5.30pm and still have not been seen. Everybody else has come in and gone but I'm still sitting here waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. Never in my life have I had to wait over an hour to be seen for a scheduled GP appointment. I am fuming.

I find the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The Doctors also are very helpful on the telephone conversations but l do miss not speaking to the doctors in surgery. Will it ever go back to how it was before COVID?

*Update on the 31/5/19* The receptionist on the second floor mentioned by a telephone about a possible appointment arranged on the weekends to see the GP. I wasn't aware of this option before. On the 26/4/19 , I visited their female nurse for my first screeching appointment, which she is helpful and friendly toward me and gave me the information on the checkup along with the female doctor. Making the experience less intimate. Honestly, I would rather book my appointment with Star Lane Medical Center than go to Newham University Hospital (Newham General Hospital) where I wasn't happy with their appointment's time (Despite, I'm a full-time employee working in a secondary school catering) which I have tried to get hold to them to explained them about my free days so that I can rebook the appointment. This causes me to call Star Lane Medical where I have talked to one of the heads of the department on my appointment conflicts with the Newham Hospital which her suggest is a lot helpful and reasonable than Newham Hospital. Also, I would like to see more receptionists in the centre and less talkative customers who are neither booked for an appointment or confirm their doctor appointment so that they can see them instead of waste other customers time.

Incompetent, Unprofessional third world staff employed here to show lack of care for patients. Disgusting attitude by everyone down to the African Clinic Manager with a pathetic Wig on! You and your degrading staff should never get paid a penny for the way you treat people! You have no empathy or care to be working in this field! Your staff are delusional to assume they can hide behind a glass screen and think they will get away talking to people in a derogatory tone and nothing will happen to them! There is a reason why you have the worst rating on Google for the way you treat people with such a stinking, unprofessional third world attitude! I hope you all get sick one day and receive this level of treatment so you know how it feels! These degenerates that work in the reception think they are above people. One day you will get dragged out onto the streets and people born here will teach you a lesson or two!
