    My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Wednesday 24th August 2022 for one night. We had a poor experience because our room had no hot water. When we advised the hotel of this we were told we should have mentioned it earlier. The inference seemed to be that the reason there was no hot water was that we hadn't reported it. We encountered an indifferent attitude. We were advised to email about our concerns which we did. To date, we have had no reply. We would not recommend this hotel.

    Poor hotel service. Attitude of manager: Mrs Karri was very off putting. She was quite rude and discourteous. Getting new towels was difficult, and they came out of a filing cabinet… stained/dirty. Rooms don’t come with many amenities, no fridge, no fan, no AC, no safe, shower was not very hot. I regret not shopping around and getting a cheaper deal on a better hotel.
